We are passionate about providing a high standard of hospitalisation and care. Our approach is personal and compassionate. We understand the anxiety associated with leaving your beloved pet in our hands, particularly when they are sick or injured. Our vets and nurses provide constant care and strive to give our patients a warm, comfortable, pain and stress-free hospital stay. This allows your pet to have the fastest possible recovery.
Our facilities are set up with separate cat and dog wards. This is to help minimise stress as both cats and dogs have different social needs and can feel stressed by each other’s presence.
We are also very proud to have both rooms fitted with Adaptil and Feliway.
Adaptil and Feliway diffusers create an odourless message that is only perceived by their specific species. These smells are appeasing pheromones that send a comforting message, similar to the pheromones their mother would have used to comfort them in the early stages of life.
